We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unopened and unused.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include all original labels and seals.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
